These terms govern access to the Nextools website, documentation, support services, and browser-extension links. By using the website, you agree to these terms.

1. Using Nextools

You may browse the website, read documentation, contact support, submit reviews, and follow browser-store links for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, scrape it abusively, or violate another person’s rights.

2. Free extensions

Nextools currently makes its public extensions available free of charge. Free access does not transfer ownership of software, branding, source code, content, or other intellectual property. Specific store listings or licenses may include additional conditions.

3. Browser stores and third parties

Extensions are installed through third-party stores. Availability, installation, updates, account requirements, and related services are governed by the relevant provider. Donation and reference links are controlled by their respective operators.

4. Reviews and comments

You are responsible for submitted content. Reviews must be truthful, relevant, respectful, and free from confidential information, impersonation, unlawful material, spam, or infringement. We may moderate, reject, or remove submissions at our discretion.

5. Donations

Donations are voluntary support for development and maintenance. Unless required by law or stated by the donation provider, a donation does not purchase a product, guarantee a feature, create ownership rights, or establish a service commitment.

6. Updates and availability

We may update, change, pause, archive, or discontinue an extension or website feature. We aim for dependable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every browser version.

7. No warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the website, extensions, documentation, and support are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nextools and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, profits, opportunity, or interruption arising from use of the website or an extension.
