Software License Agreement

License grant

Nextools grants the registered customer a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the purchased or issued product on the permitted number of devices.

Restrictions

License keys, installers and account access may not be resold, shared, reverse engineered, redistributed or used to bypass product security.

Updates and termination

Updates may require a supported host application version. Nextools may suspend or revoke a license when fraud, redistribution or a material breach is detected.

Ownership and warranty

All intellectual-property rights remain with Nextools. Software is provided subject to the product description and applicable consumer law.
