Questions and answers
Can I upload upscaled pictures to stock sites?
Yes, as long as the result is clean. Adobe Stock asks for at least 4 MP and rejects pictures with artifacts, so check every upscaled picture at 100% before you upload it.
Which mode should I use?
Fast works well for most photos. Illustration keeps clean lines and flat colours in AI art and drawings. Quality gives the sharpest photos, Faithful a natural look that invents nothing (good for faces). For screenshots, posters and small text use Text & screenshot: it uses no AI, so letters never change shape.
How big can the result be?
Up to 64 megapixels (for example 8000 × 8000 px). Bigger pictures are kept under that limit automatically.
Why does small text look odd after AI upscaling?
AI upscalers are trained on photos, not letters, so very small text can get reshaped. Use the Text & screenshot mode, or lower the AI strength. The AI runs on your own computer, so a picture takes from a few seconds to a few minutes.
Are my pictures uploaded?
No. The AI runs inside your browser and the result is saved straight to your computer.
